Petitioner is accused in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. The victim in his statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. specifically stated the name of co-accused Guddu Ansari, nowhere disclosed the name of this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.12.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
