JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel, Mr. Arvind Kumar Sinha, for the respondent. It appears that the petitioner filed an application before the Court below for sending the contemporaneous document for comparison with signature / LTI occurring on the Will. The Court below by the impugned order has directed that the Will be sent along with the registered gift deed which is also in favour of the petitioner executed by the same person.

In such view of the matter, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
