The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patory P.S.Case No.505 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 30 and 38 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Allegation is that on raid police seized 20 litres of foreign liquor in 93 bottles.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house from where the alleged recovery was made is in possession of joint family, having several co-sharers. The petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 30.12.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM,
