The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is that the accused persons fired from their pistols, as a result of which the informant sustained firearm injury.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. case No.14 of 2019.
