The petitioner, who is in custody in Case No. 87c2 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 47(A) and 53 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated showing recovery of 400 ml. of Mahua wine and he is in custody since 29-04-2016. In view nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Manohar Mahto be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
