2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2019 in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the owner of the Pickup Bolero vehicle from which 2439 litres of foreign liquor and 961 litres of Beer have been recovered. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U T
