JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 20.1.2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nawada

Patna High Court CWJC No.15401 of 2021(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 Sadar in Case No. 237 of 2019 by filing appropriate appeal, however, seeks some protection in the meantime.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 20.1.2022 by filing appropriate appeal and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, it is directed that status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained till the disposal of the appeal by the appellate authority.
