This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 19.3.2015 by which the 1st Additional Sessions judge, Saharsa, has refused an application under Section 311 Cr. P.C. in Sessions Trial No. 42 of 2004.

Considering the merits of the case, I do not find any reason for interference in the matter.

The application is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party.
