Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47 and 53 of the Excise Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.6.2016 on the accusation that two liter country made liquor was recovered from his possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha District West Champaran in Ram Nagar P.S. Case no. 144/2016.
