This is an appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan, in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat Police Station Case No.221 of 2017 registered under Sections 341/323/324/354A/376/511/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(ii)/5(A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Submission is that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court. Hence, the appellants want to withdraw this appeal and surrender before the learned Court-below. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
