In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1205 of 2016) registered for offences under sections 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Amended Excise Act. As per allegation, from the possession of the petitioner, 21 bottles each containing 3.75 ml of country made liquor have been recovered. The petitioner is in jail custody since 23.4.2016.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Pappu Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32643 of 2016 (2) dt.22-08-2016 each to the satisfaction of learned Vth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1205 of 2016).
