Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- (I) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities to release the household articles, files/briefs, law books/journals and one Suzuki Access white colour scooty bearing registration no. DL 3SEN 2518, which are in possession of Maner Police Station in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 580/2021 lodged under Section 30(a), 36, 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 in favour of the petitioner. (ii) For holding that the aforesaid goods were booked by the petitioner from Delhi under consignment no. 994 dated 27.07.2021 with Jyoti Roadlines for its transportation to Kolkata and these articles have got no connection with the alleged offence in Maner P.S. Case No. 580/2021. (iii) For any other direction, which his lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
