The instant application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is in the nature of second revision, which is barred under section 397(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Even

No.400 of 2015 dt.18-08-2015 2/2 otherwise, I find no illegality in the impugned order dated 18.09.2014 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Naugachia in Cr.Rev. No. 252 of 2012, whereby the revision preferred against the order dated 20.06.2012 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Naugachia in Misc. Case No. 371 of 2012 in a proceeding under section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was dismissed with certain observations.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
