II) For issuance of direction/directions, order/orders to the respondents to payment the all arrear amount with interest of 12% upon dues salary as well as retrial benefit for which petitioner has already entitled."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks,
