Case No. 215 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 461 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-302, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, the petitioner is merely an order giver. In paragraph-3, it has been mentioned that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is submitted that the petitioner is an old man.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Town
