There is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner and report of learned Magistrate shows that original record has already been sent to the learned Sessions Judge after commitment. No doubt, petitioner is in jail custody since 17.8.2015 but taking note of the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. case no. 579/2015 is, again, rejected.

However, the concerned court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
