JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Petitioner has given an undertaking to the authorities to adjust his loan amount against the outstanding dues to the post-retirement heads, then the respondent bank has an obligation to settle the account and adjust the same, so that if any amount remains, either under the loan head or is excess beyond the loan head, the same can be reconciled and paid to the petitioner. Such an exercise must be carried out by the Branch Manager of the Gramin Bank, located at Tajpur Road Branch within a period of three months from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.
