Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354C, 354d, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66 and 67(c) of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner and informant performed marriage at Maniram Akhara on 02.08.2017 and an affidavit to that effect was also sworn. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.01.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36328 of 2019(3) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Mahila P.S.
