The petitioner seeks bail in Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the basis of written report submitted by one Om Prakash Sishodia, Panchayat Secretary, Makrauta, Karaiparsurai the FIR was lodged. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons defalcated government money meant for Nal Jal Yojna, construction of water tank and concrete road. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is Ward Sachiv and it is Ward Member who is responsible for fund utilization and completion of work under different government scheme. Petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2021 having clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chiksaura P.S.
