The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2017 arising out of Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 400, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police got information that somebody assembled near Pipraghat Hatia Shed and on such raid was conducted and three persons, namely, Krishna Narayan Paswan, Mukesh Paswan and Dev Kumar Paswan were apprehended. The petitioner was also apprehended and from his possession one weapon was recovered. For that the petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

No.18806 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No. 18 of 2017 arising out of Babubarhi P.S.
