This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Isuapur P.S. Case No.280 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 328, 308, 304 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 33/34 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner is involved in manufacturing and selling of illicit liquor. Some persons died after consuming the liquor manufactured by the petitioner. 4.

Looking to the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
