This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are under suspicion to have committed murder of the husband of the informant for the reason that death, for dowry was committed of the sister of the deceased and the petitioners and others were pressurizing for compromise of the case.
Considering the fact that there is very weak evidence against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with
