JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case, initially, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

Earlier the petitioner was on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 13.10.2017. Subsequently, petitioner surrendered on the same day and since then he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
