JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 100/2015, registered under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioner obtained job of Primary Teacher in Higher Secondary School, Subhanpur, BlockMarauna, District-Supaul on the basis of certificate, which was later on found forged in course of investigation. Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 02.02.2017. Further submission is that charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner.

No.17626 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner Ramchandra Ram @ Sri Ramchandra Ram, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 100/2015.
