Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

12 bottles containing 750 ml each Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 28.6.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni in Barauni Rail P.S. Case no. 56/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
