This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was driver of the truck which was carrying stone dust without valid permit for carrying the same. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, or successor Court.
