Mr. APP ============================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-04-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 382 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 143, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.38070 of 2020(2) dt.16-04-2021 2/3 The petitioners are stated to have formed a group which came to the house of the informant where one Shailesh Kumar is said to have assaulted the informant and his mother. The injury suffered by the victims have been stated to be simple in nature. The petitioners are not alleged to have done any overt act except for being members of the unlawful assembly. There is counter version of the occurrence also vide Muffasil P.S. Case No. 383 of 2020 instituted for offences under Sections 379, 354, 504, 143 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code lodged by the petitioner no. 3.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IX, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.
