The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No.2 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with her family members are said to have killed the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of additional dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and he has no manner of concern with the family affairs of her son and the deceased. It is further submitted that the husband is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49795 of 2021(3) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 already in judicial custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph3 of the bail application. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that the husband is already in judicial custody, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No.2 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
