Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but petitioner is in jail custody since 5.1.2016 and allegedly, he was caught on the spot.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody for more than one year but up till now, his trial has not been concluded. It is further submitted that, as a matter of fact, petitioner was caught on mere suspicion.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Kishanpur P.S.
