2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed the representation before the Vice-Chancellor T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur but till date no action has been taken.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Hon'ble Chancellor within a period of three weeks from today, the office

Patna High Court CWJC No.10433 of 2022(7) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 of the Hon'ble Chancellor shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
