The petitioners are in custody in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 365 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for the time being. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial. In case, adequate progress is not done in the pending case, the petitioners may be at liberty to file application for grant of bail after six months.
