JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324,307,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant and his two brothers.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled and one of the injuries of the brother of the informant has been found to be grievous.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27239 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 six weeks from today in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 600 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
