Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan P. S. case no. 47/2015 registered under sections 489B, 489C and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused who was caught by the informant with counterfeit notes.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and order of learned Sessions Judge does not disclose any specific overt-act against the petitioner.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24520 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Nautan P.
