The petitioner seeks bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 278 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

15 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.11.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-13, East Champaran, Motihari in Chakia P.S. Case No. 278 of 2016.
