Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 733 of 2017 for the offence under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code and added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was not named in the FIR. There is no eye-witness to the occurrence and he has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22330 of 2018(3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 15775 of 2018 vide order dated 12.4.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S.
