This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 307, 326, 337, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly caused fire arm injury at the stomach of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2016. There is case and counter case. Petitioner had also sustained injury in the occurrence. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present.

The prayer for bail is refused.

However, the petitioner may renew prayer for bail after completion of nine months before the Court below itself, if the trial is not concluded within nine months.
