ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019 in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.62 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 379, 436, 337, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation attributed to the present petitioner and he has been languishing in jail for no fault of his own. It is further submitted that similarly situated five co-accused persons namely, Hira Rai @ Hira Rajbhar, Dinesh Rai @ Dinesh Rajbhar, Santosh Rajbhar, Bhuneshwar Rajbhar @ Bhuneshwar Rai and Sri Bhagwan Rai @ Bhagwan Rajbhar, have since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr.Misc. No.32878 of 2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37457 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 vide order dated 20.05.2019.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.62 of 2019.
