The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 688 of 2019 dated 02.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been remanded in this case from another case. The details of the cases against the petitioner have been listed in paragraph-3 of the petition. A perusal of the same indicates that out of four cases against the petitioner, he has been granted bail in three cases and has been acquitted in one case.

No.36518 of 2020(2) dt.30-01-2021 2/2 The petitioner has not been named in the subject FIR and his implication in this case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. There is no recovery from him and he has not been put on Test Identification Parade either.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2020. Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 688 of 2019.
