In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (I) That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or direction, commanding the respondent and to quash the order as contained in letter No. GI-11-3660 dated 14.02.2011 issued over the signature of the Respondent-Senior Accountant Officer on the basis of letter no. 1637 dated 15.12.2010 issued by the Respondent-District Education Officer, Arwal and addressed the Respondent-District Education Officer informing him that the petitioner's promotion on the
Patna High Court CWJC No.21675 of 2011(5) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 post of Head Master be treated w.e.f. 02.01.2007 and issued Pay Slip as well as pay the scale from 29.12.2006 fifth pay Revision alongwith sixth pay revision with interest and or any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is entitled to.
Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.2 i.e. The Director (Secondary Education), Human Resources Department, Bihar, Patna. The Respondent No.2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
