JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.04.2016 on the basis that his name was disclosed by co-accused in his confessional statement.

It appears that except so-called confessional statement of the aforesaid co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharshariff in connection with Manpur P.S.Case No. 130 of 2015.
