JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught with five counterfeit notes of one thousand denomination and, after that, he disclosed that it was one Dukhi Pandit, who had given the aforesaid counterfeit notes to him. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 06.05.2016 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Kotwa P.S.Case No. 60 of 2016.
