JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. That this writ application is being filed against the order contained in Memo No. 907 dated 13.04.1996 whereby the petitioner school has been categorized in the category of not fit for grant against salary on a wrong and

This writ application is also filed for commanding the respondents for release grant against salary payable to teachers of petitioner school, as the school fulfills all the requisite criteria for release of the salary payable to the approved teachers of the school falling in the category of 223 recognized Sanskrit schools."

Considering the reliefs sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 3, the Special Director (Sanskrit), Higher Secondary Education, Human Resources Development Department, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his grievance within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order. The respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the said representation of the petitioner within a period of five months from the date of filing of such representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
