Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Specific allegation of causing firearm injury is against co-accused Pamu Singh.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused Zamruddin Mian has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11183 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10360 of 2017 (3) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran/successor Court in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) Police Station Case No. 530 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
