The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 02.05.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand and making assault with knife and belt.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and there is no injury report on the record. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 2 of the supplementary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33131 of 2016 (3) dt.29-08-2016 2/2 affidavit, which reads as follows:- "That it is stated that no injury report has been made of the informant."

It is further submitted that the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S.
