The petitioner is accused in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017, registered under Section 20(b)/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 230 gm Ganja beneath the seat of motorcycle of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.01.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and seized small quantity of Ganja, the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21591 of 2017 (3) dt.17-05-2017 named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 09 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
