ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 22.07.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Samastipur in Cr. Rev. No. 85 of 2014 by which it has confirmed the order dated 06.01.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in M. Nagar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2002 (G.R. No. 288 of 2014) by which it has rejected the petition of the prosecution filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C.

Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The Application is dismissed.
