Earlier by order dated 27.01..2014 the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail subject to condition that he will surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. However, till date the petitioner has not surrender and plea has taken that at that time he was in Punjab for his livelihood, so petitioner has not abided the Court's order. The order dated 27.01.2014 is modified to the extent that petitioner will surrender within two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and he will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence on two consecutive dates his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
