Petitioner, who happens to be a tempo driver, was carrying 50 cartoons of country made wine each containing 24 bottles of 400 ml. One Satyadeo Prasad Wari has been identified to be the owner of the aforesaid consignment. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 14.03.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Birendra Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st ClassSiwan in connection with Goreakothi P.S.
