2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria (Madanpur) P.S. Case No. 1140 of 2023 registered under Sections 366, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.

4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the statement of victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., in which she has clearly stated that she was kidnapped by this petitioner and the age of victim at the time of occurrence was 17 years, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42001 of 2024(3) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
