JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they came at the door of the informant, abused and assaulted him and his wife. They also made them injured on their head. It is also alleged that golden ear ring of his wife was taken away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. It is a case and counter case between the parties due to admitted land dispute. Injury is both sides. Injury on accused side has not been explained by the informant of present case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24941 of 2015 (3) dt.16-09-2015 2 / 2 petitioners, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case no. 117 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
